How to Book

Members may book for the next two months:

Please note the change of date for the Saturday screenings.


-10th September 2010 – 7.15pm for 8pm – HIGH SOCIETY

- 25th September 2010 – 7.15pm for 8pm -EL BANO DEL PAPA

- 8th October 2010 – 7.15pm for 8pm – LE DINER DES CONS

- 23rd October 2010 – 7.15pm for 8pm – MUGABE and the WHITE AFRICAN

All seats are payable on the door only – £5 for members, £10 for guests.
Guest seats may now be booked for all screenings (one guest per member).

Bookings can be made in one of the following ways:
  • by returning the e mail, sent out each month, having completed the information
    required by the Thursday before the screening at the latest.
  • by phone on  07531 258 265 , Mondays to Thursdays between 10am – 12noon
    and 2 – 4pm by the Thursday before the screening at the latest.
  • by filling the form below and clicking Send at the bottom. Please clearly state the membership numbers
  • by returning the downloadable booking form to Beaconsfield Film Society, C/o Cherry Tree Cottage, London End, Beaconsfield, HP9 2JD.Form Must be received by the Thursday before the screening.
  • Members are welcome to turn up on the night, however we cannot guarantee seats will be available.

celebrationSeats are numbered and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis starting at the back of the theatre. We are not be able to offer a choice of seat, but if, on medical grounds, you require a seat in the front rows that don’t have steps or an aisle seat, we will do our best to meet your request.  Wheelchairs can be accomodated but notice is required.

Confirmation, together with your seat number, will be sent to you by email or by post for members who are not on email.
