Noa had come to collect her certificate as composer for TREMOLO, a 2022 NFTS Graduation Film voted the best in a strong field by members of our film society. Her stunning composition of a neo-classical piece played by a large professional string ensemble propelled this excellent film straight to No 1. Many other gradfilms benefitted from her work.

As a gifted jazz singer and saxophone player, Noa had a choice of careers but music was her first love from an early age and filmmaking is well served by her talent. Noa spent some time demystifying the art of film music composition, making sound easy which is clearly a skill that demands the most comprehensive training and exceptional talent. Music Training first at university in her native Israel followed by a Masters degree in  Film composition at the NFTS.

We enjoyed her detailed answers to the many questions from our very enthusiastic audience and also learned that her talent led to employment as soon as she finished her degree. All wished her success and happiness in her life and career, set to be an enrichment to her art.
