We are excited to welcome you back to NFTS Studios this Autumn.

We want everyone to feel safe and happy when they visit. Things will look a little different to ensure a safe environment for you. Below is all the information you need to help you to prepare for your visit.

Please note that this information is subject to change as government guidelines are updated.

BEFORE YOUR VISIT
If you are displaying symptoms of Covid-19If you are displaying symptoms of Covid-19 (Coronavirus), it is very important that you follow government guidelines and do not visit. If you are unwell with coronavirus symptoms or having to self-isolate, please contact us and we will arrange for your ticket cost to be refunded.
Face CoveringsIn line with the current government guidelines, face coverings must be worn in the building (unless exempt). You may remove the face covering to partake of your refreshments.

Note that to ensure social distancing,  you can sit in your booked row but not  necessarily your booked seat number.  See ‘Take your cinema seat‘ for more details.

Main Cinema / The Rose Cinema
Each film will be screened in both the main cinema and the Rose cinema.  When booking your ticket, choose your preferred location.

 WHEN YOU ARRIVE

Social DistancingSocial distancing should be maintained in the cinema(s) and refectory at all times. Furniture in the refectory will be reduced to allow more space to spread out.

Please remain at least two meters away from others who are not part of your party. Please keep your party together to help maintain social distancing with other audience members.

Hand sanitiser stations and hand washingHand sanitiser stations can be found at the entrance to the building and at other points throughout the venue. Please use the sanitiser on arrival.

All toilets are stocked with anti-bacterial hand soap.

Temperature Check
The temperature of each attendee will automatically be measured on arrival. If a red signal indicates an unsafe body temperature, that person will be refused entry.
Check-InFor check-in purposes, we will share the reception area and therefore use the Perspex screen to safeguard volunteers and attendee.
Refreshments
Refreshments will be offered (drinks only of wine/juice/water, no nibbles). PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN KEEP-CUP. However, no-one will be able to take any liquids into the auditoria and all keep-cups will be taken home by the individual and are for their personal use only. Disposable cups will be available for those who prefer.

TAKE YOUR CINEMA SEAT
Cinema seating arrangementsTo ensure social distancing as much as possible, after entering the cinema, please walk up the right hand aisle.  When you reach your booked row, walk across to sit in the last available seat or pair of seats. Note that this may NOT BE YOUR BOOKED SEAT NUMBER.

If (for mobility or other reasons) you require an aisle seat, you will need to notify the Front of House team before the screening, so that this can be allocated in advance.
