Ticket Payment

Tickets reserved via the online site will need to be paid for at the time and are non-refundable.

Ticket Exchange

Tickets can be exchanged either to new seats for the same film or to a different film as long as the film is open for booking.  Members can do this via the Ticketsource customer portal and can be done up to 3 hours before the film start time.

Sold Out Procedure

Members arriving without tickets will be allocated seats, if any are available. If we are sold out, members will be registered in the order they arrive and asked to wait until after the introduction.  Then, dependent on how many ‘no show’ members will be asked to enter the auditorium and sit in any available seats.

Late Arrivals

If a film is sold out, members arriving after the introduction may lose their allocated seat to a member waiting for a ticket.

Guests

Guest seats (4 guests per member) at £10.

Film Cancellation

The Society works hard to ensure that the films in the Programme are shown on the date and at the time advertised. However, circumstances may arise which are beyond the control of the Society, and which prevent a film being shown. In such a case, we will inform Members as soon as possible and refund tickets in full. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
