It is very helpful to us, if one or more of your party, cannot attend for you to return or exchange your tickets so that we know beforehand which seats can be reallocated.  If you have any questions about this process, please contact us and we will try to help.

Booked ticket(s) can be returned/exchanged up to 3 hours before the film start time.  You can:

  • Reduce the number of ticket(s) you have for the booked film. However at least one ticket must remain. Use when one or more people still want to see the booked film but some cannot attend due to illness or other reason.
    or
  • Exchange the complete booking to a new film. Use when none of your party are able to attend the current booked film.

Note that you cannot change a booking across two films.

a. To cancel one or more ticket(s) for the booked film. 

Initiate the exchange process, select the booked film, deselect the seat(s) to be cancelled (click on them) and submit.  You will receive a refund for the deselected seats minus the TS booking fee. NOTE:  You cannot cancel a complete booking.  There must be at least one seat remaining.

b. To exchange a booking to a new film.

Initiate the exchange process, select the new film, the new seats and submit.  You will receive a refund if the number of seats is less than was originally booked minus the TS booking fee.

For example:

  • If you have 4 tickets and only 2 can attend i.e. you want to cancel two of them,  initiate the exchange process select the booked film,  deselect the two seats you want to cancel (click on the seat) and submit.  You will receive a refund 2 tickets minus the booking fee.
  • If you have 2 tickets and you want to change them for a new film and only keep one seat, initiate the exchange process select the film,  select the one seat to be booked and submit.  You will receive a refund for 1 ticket minus the booking fee.

 

To change your booked tickets(s), open the ‘Booking Confirmation’ email you received from Ticketsource when you booked your ticket. Scroll down and towards the end you will see a button ‘Manage my booking’. (See screenshot below).

Click ‘Manage my booking’ and follow the onscreen prompts which are very similar to the normal booking process.
