Storyline

Set in a stressful restaurant kitchen, head chef Andy tries desperately to keep his cool while multiple crises pile up all around. Tension is palpable as he just about copes while attemping to sooths and calm his staff. His equally put-upon sous-chef, Carly,.becomes  increasingly exasperated with the miscommunications and managerial oversights, knowing that a job offer lies elsewhere. Her loyalty to Andy is sorely tested.  The harried kitchen staff with Stephen Graham at the helm give superb performances.   Running time 92 minutes.
