Tribute to Frederick Forsyth Adapted from the 1972 novel of the same name by Frederick Forsyth. In 1963 Peter Miller, a journalist in Hamburg, investigates alleged sightings of Eduard Roschmann, former S.S. Captain in command of the Nazi concentration camp at Riga, Latvia. Roschmann “disappeared” at the end of the war, aided by a German secret organisation known by the acronym “ODESSA”, which assisted former S.S. members to obtain new identities and thereby evade the authorities. Miller has strong personal reasons for wanting to locate Roschmann and, with the support of Israeli intelligence, he infiltrates the ODESSA organisation. Running time: 128 minutes.
