Storyline

Korean director Park Chan-wook (of Oldboy fame) serves up another sumptuous and highly entertaining thriller-drama. Detective Park Hae-il (Jang Hae-joon) is assigned to a case of a man who dies from a climbing accident, embarking on a strange relationship with the dead man’s wife (Seong Seo-rae). Chan-wook is one of the great directors alive today, a master of genre-bending and quintessentially Korean filmmaking.
