Storyline

The journalists, played by Carey Mulligan and Zoe Kazan, have to navigate legal threats, persuade reluctant sources to come forward, and overcome the systemic silence of powerful industry people protecting their own. It is a compelling example of persistence, and one of Hollywood’s most significant stories, helping spark the ‘Me Too’ movement. Running time 129 minutes.
