Storyline

Finland 2023 – Director Aki Kaurismaki

Set in Helsinki, the film follows the bittersweet love story of two lonely souls, who after a chance meeting in a karaoke bar, find their path to happiness is beset by many obstacles, including a delightful stray dog. Directed by Kaurismaki with charm and deadpan humour, this odd couple romance will leave you with a feel-good glow.   Finnish with subtitles.   Running time 81 minutes plus short item.
