Storyline

A student in London in the 60s, Kristofer drops his studies, starts work in a Japanese restaurant and falls in love with the owner’s daughter, Miko. 50 years later, now a widower living in Iceland, and with his health failing, Kristofer sets out to find Miko while he still can. A romantic and thrilling story that spans several decades and continents. It follows one man’s emotional journey to find his first love who disappeared 50 years ago. Running time 121 minutes. English/Japanese/Icelandic with subtitles.
