Over the past five years, we have been able to help students by contributing in a meaningful way to the Student Support fund, the Kick-Starter fund, and Graduation Film work, all under severe pressure bearing in mind additional costs incurred through covid-related rules and regulations.

With the help of our members and our volunteers, we are beginning to recover our financial strengths and look forward to continuing our support for you, the students, and the outstanding work done here, rated by many The Best Film School in the World.

We have handed over a cheque for £5,246.66 which includes £3k for the Schools Student Support Fund. This amount was earmarked for pre-pandemic handover but the closure of our cinema for almost two years stopped our giving at a stroke. The balance, £2,246.66, has been collected for the Students Ukraine Red Cross fund at a special film evening a couple of weeks ago.
