Screening NFTS Graduation Films has been a regular event with the Beaconsfield Film Society from the beginning.

The screening rights, owned by the school, have been gifted to us from day 1 along with the use of one of the best cinemas in the country, not to mention behind-the-scenes support and encouragement from Director Jon Wardle and his team.

We have also enjoyed speakers from the student fraternity where everyone is involved with graduation films, learning the technical and artistic skills taught by an outstanding group of dedicated teachers. One such is Michael Caton-Jones, NFTS Head of Fiction, renowned filmmaker and producer, who will be with us on the evening.

We have also invited the relevant teams, keeping our fingers crossed that any of the now ex-students could come. We know that all are snapped up by the industry and already working all over the world.  Lucky for us, we will welcome Jade Li,  Director, Martina Jakimova, Cinematographer, and Noa Margalit, Composer, all from the TREMOLO team.

We have selected the 4 main genres and honed down the films in each category to a winning title:

• Fiction (Tremolo)
• Science & Natural History (In the Shadow of Giants)
• Documentary  (The Violence between us)
• Animsation (Ascent)

We will ask you to vote for your top film at the end of the evening. Miss it at your peril.
